Welcome to our website! As we have the ability to list over one million items on our website (our selection changes all of the time), it is not feasible for a company our size to record and playback the descriptions on every item on our website. However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at 856.881.4800 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

Our website is designed to show a wide variety of merchandise. However, the site does not feature every item that is available. please visit our showroom to view our entire selection of furniture and mattresses.

Most furniture manufacturers do not provide pricing upload capability for their web catalogs. Furthermore, there is no standard time of year for pricing and item updates for each mariufacturer. There are also fabric and/or finish options for most items that would affect the price either upward or downward. For these reasons and also due to the large number of items shown on this website, it would be nearly impossible to keep up to date prices for every item. Most orders require a deposit. We accept Cash, Check or Money Order as well as Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express Special Financing Plans* are available for most purchases through TD Bank, N.A. *Offer subject to credit approval. Some restrictions apply. Ask for details.

Gift Certificates can be purchased either in the showroom or by calling us at (856)881-4800. There are no fees involved, and they never expire!

Your furniture will arrive in showroom condition at manufacturer's standards at the time of delivery. In the unlikely event it does not, our service professionals will repair or replace it at our option. We will service manufacturer defects - FREE OF CHARGE - for one year* from the date of delivery. In some cases, parts are warranted by the manufacturer for a longer period. In this case, there is no charge for the parts and a labor charge would apply for any repairs. Factory warranties apply to the original purchaser only. *Outlet and clearance items are sold "as is." No warranty applies. Protection plans up to a total of 5 years are available for purchase on most items. See store for details.

We offer Special Financing Plans for most purchases through TD Bank, N.A. Financing plans range from 12 -72 months. The application is easy to complete and takes only a few minutes! Call, email or visit the showroom for details.

Delivery and Pick-up

ln most cases, in-stock merchandise can be delivered in 3 days or less. Custom and special orders can take anywhere from 4 -12 weeks depending on the manufacturer.

Doughty's delivers to the seven county South Jersey area as well as New Castle Co. DE and South Jersey Shore points.

All furniture is priced for pick-up. For an additional flat fee, we offer full service delivery. This includes:

  • Delivery by trained professionals
  • Assembly and set-up of furniture in your home
  • Removal of packing materials

Your delivery can be scheduled at the point of sale or at a later date with a call from us or our delivery service.

You will receive a call to confirm your scheduled delivery the day before and we will also provide you with a 3 hour delivery window. At your request, we can also call you at home or at work the day of delivery with advance notice of up to one hour prior to arrival.

Most customer pick-ups are completed at our warehouse located approx. 3 miles from the showroom in Clayton.

Unless a floor sample is purchased, all items will remain in their original factory packaging. Any assembly required will be the responsibility of the customer.

For an additional nominal fee, we will open, inspect and assemble your furniture prior to pick-up. This service must be pre-arranged.

For insurance reasons, we cannot tie-down or otherwise secure your furniture. Please bring rope/tie clowns and help for loading. See your salesperson or call for pick-up hours.

Please note that picking up merchandise waives our in home service policy. Any warranty service necessary will require transport back to our warehouse or will require a fee for service in your home.

For all of these reasons, we encourage our customers to take advantage of our full service delivery.
